Future Impact Makers

Many young people feel unmoored and a bit lost. They want to make a difference, but in the face of uncertainty about the future, the job market, and their own next steps, they feel stuck.

This project is about unlocking that potential, by giving young people simple, rewarding, and doable first steps. The core idea is to build something scalable that makes ‘purpose’ feel down to earth. We’ll take a behavioral science–based framework, one that focuses on personalization and ease, and adapt it to help young people design and launch their own small-scale impact projects.

I’ll bring the conceptual framework, tools, and scientific foundation. You’ll bring expertise in education, youth programs, or policy, and help shape how this gets into the hands of the people who need it most. There are many ways to build this, and we can figure that out together.
