This project is about creating a large-scale initiative that helps people rediscover purpose and contribution in a world with less traditional work. Instead of focusing solely on reskilling for new jobs, we’ll develop a system that connects people to meaningful projects, social impact opportunities, and alternative ways to engage with society.

I’ll bring the framework, grounded in behavioral science and the psychology of purpose, for how to do that at scale. You’ll bring strategic insight, networks, and the practical know-how to help this grow, whether through partnerships, policy, business integration, or public programs.
