Future of Work & Meaning Initiative

As AI reshapes industries, millions of people will face job displacement or a reduced sense of purpose in their work. Beyond the economic impact, many will struggle with losing the activities that make them feel useful, human, and needed.

This project is about creating a large-scale initiative that helps people rediscover purpose and contribution in a world with less traditional work. Instead of focusing solely on reskilling for new jobs, we’ll develop a system that connects people to meaningful projects, social impact opportunities, and alternative ways to engage with society.

As my Impact Partner, you’ll work with me to design and launch this initiative on a national or global scale. We’ll explore models for how people can find fulfilling projects, leverage their skills in new ways, and feel a sense of contribution—even in a rapidly changing workforce.
